как вы можете ее получить, если не оплатили продление? какие деньги вы хотите получить, если вы ничего не оплатили? Вообще подобные вопросы решаются только в техподдержке.

Я Пропустил срок оплаты выставленного счёта за продление ( до конца лицензии на сей день ещё 10 дней) Получу ли я новую лицензию или получу обратно деньги? как и когда?

Vielen Dank für die Antwort! Woher die Gewissheit, daß es auch mit Kaspersky-VPN funktioniert? Wurde das schon mal getestet? Es geht letzten Endes nur um die einmalige Anwendung des VPNs, um die Shopregion zu ändern. Auch dabei besteht evtl. ein kleines Risiko, aber ein Freund von mir hatte das für sich und einige seiner Freunde bereits mit dem oben genannten VPN erfolgreich durchführen können und hat bis heute keinerlei Probleme. Eiin dt. Steam-Account ist ja inzwischen so besschnitten, daß unzählige Gamess überhaupt nicht mehr zugänglich sind. Selbst stinknormale Match3-Games, wie Puzzle Quest, etc. Daher besteht so langsam mal Handlungsbedarf.

Sadly - there's no option to do so; as you've correctly identified all that's available is 'hours per day of app use" - not *when* - s i g h Kaspersky This feature has *formally* (i.e. logging requests via Kaspersky Service/Kaspersky Support) been requested on more than one occasion (by *multiple* parents) - over the years - it'd be so simple to implement - Kaspersky has never shown any interest in accommodating the requirement. Ordinarily we'd suggest logging a Feedback - I have a suggestion OR Feedback I have a complaint - but - as far as KSK is concerned - we've come to the conclusion it's a futile exercise.
