Hi,

 

I installed Kaspersky Personal Security Suite 1.0 on my system (Windows XP, SP2). Everything works fine except for MS Outlook 2002.

 

When sending/receiving mails, I get a timeout error 8x8004210A.

 

With the real-time mail protection disabled, everything is fine.

 

Is there anything else I can do to prevent this error?

 

Are my emails still scanned with real-time file protection when I open them in Outlook?

This is Microsoft Outlook 2002 bug. There is Microsoft resolution here.
