  12. My new Kaspersky Security Center cannot download updates, it always stays at 55%. I restart the Kaspersky server 3 times to try again but I wait 5 hours and it never ends.

Kaspersky adds those characters to differentiate it I think. maybe the original computer was broken, and the new computer with the same configuration and name was added, but the original computer was not removed from Kaspersky Security Center Regards
