Virus and Ransomware related questions

Customers open my website and with Kapersky they can't access it due to a false positive! Please note that these are two completely different sites, they are on different servers and yet both report the same problem that does not exist.

I have a number of clients that use this software and for the last two days Kaspersky keeps alerting them about my remote control software being installed. Whilst this feature is good, where on earth and how am I able to tell the user to permanently ignore warnings about it. I have got them yesterday to go into the managed intruder detection part and 'allow' the programs, but it still keeps alerting them multiple times a day. Please help me

Long back I had downloaded this pdf for looking at LG Air conditioner error codes. I had opened this pdf again yesterday after 3 years and Kaspersky deleted the pdf citing the below. Hi I realised that for the past month or so whenever I start my PC, System Watcher detects and blocks CMD under behaviour analysis and marks it as a Trojan. I scanned the system with Kaspersky, Hitman Pro and Malwarebytes but nothing shows up, also checked Autoruns and Task Scheduler as well as Process Explorer for a malicious batch file and I don't see anything out of the ordinary. Wow, what this little exe put me through with Kaspersky. So I reinstalled Kaspersky premium, instantly it detects keyboard locker as malware again. Mind you I've been using it every day when gaming or cleaning touchpad and keyboard, with Avira I was testing. And a complete FULL scan with Kaspersky finds only one malware, this little 200kb exe. Once it's deleted, another full, hour long complete system scan is clean. Kaspersky had 5 minutes today where it flagged a bunch of stuff. See pic. I'm a little confused. These video files are weeks old. Never flagged. I checked the original torrent and there is no .LNK in the actual package. Just video file, some screens, a txt file or something. So I don't understand what is going on. Hello, I ran a scan this morning and I got a message from Kaspersky Total Security (version 21.2.10. 391 (m)) that there is a Trojan in my recovery folder (see the print screen below). Kaspersky was not able to disinfect the object. I tried to access to the folder and without success. I also scan the system but there is no error.
