Hello, Kaspersky password manager is not working sometimes in all the browsers supported by kaspersky on mac. I have tried to disable and then enable the plugin, quit password manager and then open again, nothing seems to fix it. It happens randomly and i have to manually copy and paste the passwords.

What are the features of password manager in Kaspersky plus, as it is confusing. In the comparison between Kaspersky plus and premium features in the website it says under password protection the exact same thing that you can store your data and documents, if so then what is the use of the identity protection wallet in the premium option, please advice as I don't know which version to buy because of the password protection vague explanation.

Why does the password security vault export to a txt file, when most every other passwords require a csv file. I just want to put my passwords in Kaspersky to chrome, and I understand that if I understood how to create a csv file from the data in the txt file, I could probably find some way of exporting. Why would I have to though? I should be able to export these to any format I want.

When using any browser (tested in Chrome, Firefox or Edge) and accessing a login page, the KPM browser extensions suggests login credentials that are not for that website or even the same domain. Several times the credentials suggested include a bunch of options and it is difficult to figure out which one is the correct. When I open the application and search for the website credentials, it only shows me the ones that are right for that website or domain. Please see images for visualization of the problem.

I've set the autolock vault timer to 'Never'. Still, every time I close my browser/restart my PC, the vault is locked (both the browser extension and the App).

I have installed the Password Manager plugin on Google Chrome, which is working fine on my personal computer. At work, when I click on the plugin, it says I need to download and install password manager. I am not allowed to install applications on a work computer. Is there a way around this? I was using Last Pass and didn't have to install anything to use that plugin at work. If I am unable to use it at work, it becomes useless to me and I will have to go back to something else. Hello. Can i import my passwords from Bitwarden to Kaspersky Password Manager?

I'm being asked to 'install application' before I can sign-in. I do this over and over (it's already loaded!) and the same message appears when I try and sign in again and again. I'm having to manually insert my passwords into all sites and it's getting very annoying! What's going on?

I added kaspersky password and protection to chrome and edge. Now it causes a oh snap something went wrong on a website I have used daily for years. when I turn off kaspersky extensions the error goes away and website works. any ideas?

Title pretty much states everything. Edge shows up as one of supported browsers, yet it only generates random password and says to download Password Manager app.

Even after the existence of properly filled in addresses , the application is not filling webforms, in any of the browsers like Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Opera & Yandex. Pls give me a workaround. NB: The newest extensions are there in the browsers

Hi guys, I need to create a username and password to call for a range of IP address. For example any time I open the IP address in the range between 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.1.254 I need to call faster the same account (ex admin - abcd1234). I've installed the latest version of Kaspersky Password Manager (24.1.0.258 / 1719855722_7604 / 1.1.0.2_1) and I have KPM's extension working properly on my Chrome. But when I log-in to my other Google's account and create a new profile on Chrome, it opens another Chrome browser windows without KMP's extension (and some other extensions as well). I just generated a 16 digit password with uppercase, lowercase, numbers and special characters and saved it for a website. To my surprise, the password is the same as one I already had saved in another account I created at least a year ago. The chances of me generating a duplicate 16-digit password are practically a mathematical impossibility, 1 in 200,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000. There may be a problem with generating passwords, with the cache or etc. (I'm not an expert on the subject), because the chance of this happening naturally is absurdly minimal. Hi. I appreciatte your help. I have KSOS with password manager included. I bought a new device (laptop). First of all, I installed Kaspersky Small Office Security for PC and log in with my account and also says that my suscription is active. Then, I installed the Password Manager app (via link from Privacy inside the KSOS app), but when I reach the first instance, it's asking me to create a new vault, but not to recover my personal vault already in use. I tried unistalling and re-installing again, but with no success at all. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks

Any idea how to get rid of an annoying pop-up reminder to unlock the vault for auto-fill? I don't mind it reminding me one time, but everytime I open a new (browser) window that contains any fields it pops up and annoys the heck out of me. Any suggestions?

I have a PC at work that is not my PC but I am the only one using it so I would like to use the password manager on the browser on that PC but I cant seem to get it to work thanks.

Hi I have tried contacting Kaspersky via their links, but they apparently do not exist. I have renewed my total security license, but have used a new email address as I was having problems with my old server. Now I cannot seem to transfer / download or access my Passwords in Password manager. Can anyone assist with how I transfer my passwords from the old user account to my new one ?
