My Kaspersky Password Manage Has Recently Been Acting Up

Hello :)

 

I’m posting on my mother’s behalf. We both use the free version of the password manager, but only her entries are having issues. My vault does contain any of her stuff. It was working fine up until around 3-4 months ago. It’s auto-filling just fine except for two in the vault. One being a bank log in and a cable company log in.

These two entries above won’t autofill anymore. I don’t know why. Could it be for security reasons that the cable company and bank have newly imposed without telling us?
