I purchased a new code as my current one was about to expire and entered it into the app on my Win 10 Pro laptop thinking it would auto activate when the the current one expired as this is what the app claimed would happen, i checked today to confirm it had activated but it says there is an activation error and to activate manually i tried this but it still gives a “ you have used this code too many times error “, i have checked on My Kaspersky and it shows the license as active but no devices to send it to, the laptop is listed but again says activation error i have contacted support and received an auto reply but nothing from support yet, i did as requested and replied …

Hello… I recently switched to mac. The chrome extensions on windows used to work perfectly blocking adds and banners. I had 2 Extensions: “Kaspersky Protection” and “Kaspersky Security”. On mac i can only find one extension “Kaspersky Security” which doesn’t do much. Does anyone know anything about this? Is there an update Thanks

KISS has recently auto-updated on my computer. My current version is 21.2,16,590. Today I have experienced a BSOD. I was not doing anything special at that time (was using my editor). When the computer came up after the restart, I saw a message from KISS saying something like previous application start was unsuccessful. It has recently finished sending a big dump to your servers. will the 2-licence offer cover a licence for imac and one for windows?

It doesn’t list all devices in My Kaspersky, but it lists only the computer I log-in, not the total of the devices. For example: when I log-on in my windows computer, it shows only 1 device in My Kaspersky, the same thing when I log-on to my iMac, it shows only 1iMac device in My Kaspersky. Actually, I use it for all 3 devices: Windows, iMac, Android. I thought it should have been listed all 3 devices in My Kaspersky no matter what computer I was using. Can anyone help me with this? I ran full scan over night, but when I wake up I found my comp shut down and scan on 1%. I couldn’t find any setting adressing this and would like avoiding setting windows sleep mode every time I’m running a scan. Thanks.

I have a problem with the version 21.2.16.590 on Windows 10. Kaspersky Internet Security. Whenever a payment type website fails to work properly, I used to turn off previous versions of Kaspersky to see if that is what was causing the problem. Usually it was. I have tried to disable this version without success. There is no longer a button to disable Kaspersky that I can find. Is it a missing button just on my system or is it no longer possible to disable Kaspersky?

My Kaspersky Internet Security expires in 5days. I paid renewal amount from two different systems, one desktop at home on 02/12/2020 and one a laptop from workplace on 03/12/2020. Hi! Yesterday my friend received an email from DHL with attachment: "DHL_Nov 2020 at 1.99_8BZ290_JPG.img" He opened the attachment, Vipre antivirus software didn't warned him. It seemed for me to be suspicious, I moved the hardddisk to my computer and checked it with Kaspersky. KIS found "DHL_Nov 2020 at 1.99_8BZ290_JPG.vbs" infected with "HEUR:Trojan.VBS.SAgent.gen" in the saved "DHL_Nov 2020 at 1.99_8BZ290_JPG.img" file in a temporary folder, and deleted it. Do we have to worry about computer remained infected? Can we start the computer, buy and install KIS on that to replace Vipre? Thanks in advance!

Scenario is as follows: My daughter’s PC originally had Kasperski license for one device (the PC). [Let’s call this License A]. This license expires in about 100 days. I recently installed a new Kasperski license for three devices on the PC. [License B]. This was intended for the PC + an Android phone + a spare. This license expires in about 700 days. A friend was recently scammed by buying a puppy from starpuppies-au.com - the site has now been closed down by the people hosting it. Do not understand how a Google Search still shows the website with a Kaspersky Green Shield Tick against it as a Safe Website 48 hours after being taken down. OK, no more scamming on that site but it does detract from the inferred comfort that Kaspersky has checked and found website to be safe. There needs to be a clear warning what Kaspersky means by Safe Website.
