License renewal - EU Country selection, located in Portugal, but only offers UK.

Hi,

My KIV license is expiring soon. I followed the “Renew license” option within the application and was directed to kaspersky.co.uk. The page states that “This licence is only for sale and activation within the United Kingdom, European Union and Falkland Islands.“. However, on checkout the only available countries are UK/Falkland Islands/Ireland. Being in Portugal, it looks like I could use that license, but on the other hand there is no such option on the country selection page.

Would it be ok to set country as Ireland and purchase a license?

Hello, speaking from personal experience (I am from Hungary and done the same thing), yes, license key from the UK website works for EU. Just put your normal billing info and set country as Ireland, GB or Falkland Islands doesn’t matter.
