Hello there, I was planning to expand my current suscription although the zip code 40102 is not valid as per your website. I couldn’t buy the expanded license and I need to get this solved ASAP (if you can).

1. Where is zip 40102?
2. Which www are you using to expand the subscription, please post the URL? 
3. Post an image of the “zip code 40102 is not valid” screen please? 
4. Does the problem repeat in every supported browser: Chrome, Firefox, Edge Chromium?

Hi,

I’m having the same issue, on this link I’m getting the zip code not found.
 

Postcode = zip code and it states not found, the example provided is less then helpful.

The “Koop nu” or buy now button doesn’t do a thing in neither of the payment options available, even though if I change to French it states I will be able to purchase it nevertheless, in Dutch it doesn’t say so.

Today I was trying to purchases and started getting “Zip code 45356 is not valid” and will not allow renewal or purchase. Please help! 45356 is Piqua Oh.
