Hello All,

I want to allow my kids to have YouTube, but I want to limit them to 1 hour per day.

Is there a way to do this with Kaspersky Safe Kids?

Welcome!

• On Windows devices, KSK cannot time limit/restrict YouTube. 
• On Android devices, KSK can time limit/restrict YouTube when YouTube is accessed via the YouTube application, see image

  , however, IF YouTube is accessed via a web browser KSK cannot time limit/restrict YouTube. 
• On Android devices, KSK only reports YouTube usage statistics IF YouTube is accessed via a Google Chrome browser. 
• On Android devices, statistics from use of the YouTube app are not included in the KSK reports.
• On iOS devices, age restrictions are based on public age-appropriate ratings, for YouTube this is 12+; time limiting/restricting YouTube cannot be achieved using the KSK Age restriction feature. 
• For iOS devices, Settings for application categories & Specific settings for applications regardless of their category are not available.

I would have the same request. I cannot fully block Youtube for my children on their PC, but I need to limit the time they spend watching videos on Youtube, whatever web browser they use. Could KSK implement such a function?

Welcome back!

YouTube accessed via a web-browser is managed via KSK, Web activity monitoring, there's no time-limit features available with Web activity monitoring. 

1.  (you're) more than welcome to submit a request to Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts  - select either Chat or Email, then fill in the template as Feedback, I have a suggestion OR Feedback, I have a complaint; include a *detailed history*.

• *Also* -> IF using Chat - *before* ending the chat -> ask the operator to email (you) a copy of the chat transcript - otherwise (you'll) have no record of the chat*     
• *Note*, not all changes are successful & those that are may take a long time, sometimes a very long time, to be implemented:
