Youtube doesnt work in my pc when karspesky protection is activated

Hi, four days ago YouTube stop working in my windows 10 pc when karspeky protection is activated, it says that I don't have internet, but I have. Only works if I disable karspeky protection. It happens in all explorers that I tested, chrome, edge, brave and opera.  How can I fix it?

Please provide your operating system version and the version of Kaspersky installed

Also, please provide more details of the issue

• Have you made any changes to Kaspersky settings?
• Does the problem only occur on the specific Youtube domain or on other sites as well?

Hi, I´m using Windows 10 Enterprise and Karspersky Plus. I didn´t change nothing before the problem started, I tried to fix adding YouTube domain to list exceptions in anti-banner options of karspersky but it didn't work.  And yes, the problem only happen in youtube , other video sites like vimeo, netflix, or amazon prime videos works fine. 

 I also have a laptop with not kaspersky installed and YouTube works fine in that
