Your child tried to open a forbidden application

I received the following message and don't have blocked Microsoft Office…..

 

Friday, Mar 20, 02:12 PM (time in the child's device time zone)

tried to open the forbidden application Microsoft Office. The application category: Communications, the age restriction: 0+. The application was blocked because its use is forbidden

 

How to avoid this in the future?

after the 3 email with the same message , the child computer had BLACK screen (allowed only pw).

Please tell me:

1. Childs device operating system name & version? 
2. Kaspersky Safe Kids version?
3. What age is your child please? 
4. What is the setting for the Communications Category? 
5. Has the issue always existed?
6. Is your child’s device still inaccessible, with a black screen? If “yes” uninstall KSK & do a clean install. 

Communications is defined as: Software for instant messaging, voice, and video communication (for example, Skype or Viber)🤔  Checking (my) KSK, Microsoft Office is allocated to Category Other🤔
