Hello,

I installed kaspersky plus yesterday and today i can't use worten.pt (a popular portuguese online store).

Everything seems to run smoothly when i pause k+.

Tried an exception on the firewall but with no results.

Can you help?

Please provide versions of operating system and K. product installed.

 

What do You mean You can't use that site, please explain better, did You change any K. setting?

Probably a firewall exclusions won't fix that, do You have K. Anti-Banner and/or Private Browsing modules enabled?

On google chrome yes, but not on firefox, and i have the same problem there

Please disable both modules and try again in different browsers.

If i disable Anti-Banner, it works fine.

What can i do, other than turning anti-banner on and off all the time?

You can try to add an exclusion in Anti-Banner module for that site.

 

Personally, I have K. Anti-Banner disabled, and I control browser ads via browsers add-ons.

Also, we can access *all* of worten.pt, in *every* browser, Edge, Firefox & Chrome, without adjusting *any* element of Kaspersky:                                                                                                                                     image.png.f75993a250d51a1e1ea36b03270fe032.png

  1. Which Windows OS *version & build*, in Windows Search, type WINVER, open the WINVER app & post back the information shown please?  
  2. Check the browsers for all *other* extensions? 
  3. Exit *all* browsers.
  4. Export Kaspersky Settings, read: Como exportar configurações. *don't import this configuration file at this stage*
  5. Restore the default settings of Kaspersky Plus, read Como restaurar as configurações padrão do aplicativo
  6. Shutdown the computer using Shutdown, not Restart, power ON the computer by pressing the power button, login. 
  7. Recheck worten.pt? 

Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?

I tried it on my desktop, my laptop, and my daughter's laptop, with the same results, including the solution (disabling Anti-Banner). Also tried using 2 different networks, and still the problem persisted.

The only common thing all pc's have is windows 11 and kaspersky plus 21.19.7.527 (b).

For me the problem is solved with harlan4096's solution.

An exclusion in Anti-Banner didn't work, i disabled it and using a browser anti-banner.
