I have contacted customer service several times about the same issue, still no answers! My issue is Password manager on my laptop says every password is weak. On my phone and online my passwords are all fine. Sucks that no one seems to know why this is! Can anyone help me?

If your ticket with INC number is  open Kaspersky Technical Support will come back to you.

They have all been closed and my problem is still not fixed. Just not a very good experience!
