Windows11 firewall always turns off automatically

I had all my email and facebook information hacked and my Windows11 firewall always turns off automatically even though it's on regularly. I use Kaspersky Plus version

Try:

 

1.- Make a reset of Your Kaspersky config settings.

 

2.- ScanDisk Your main drive C :

 

3.- Uninstall and reinstall K. product.

I was infected with malware so I reset Windows and installed Kaspersy Plus but my email was still hacked

The problem with email has nothing to do with the issue in Kaspersky firewall.

 

Just change password in Your email, and add 2FA Authentication to it, via a mobile app.

I mistakenly clicked on a pop-up and downloaded and installed strange software. Right after that, my phone said my gmail and facebook accounts were logged in elsewhere. I'm sorry for not telling you this information.

Then the PC account was logged out and a login message appeared elsewhere on my mobile phone

When You did that, was Kaspersky installed in that system or?

When I turned off Kaspersky, my PC got infected with a virus and then turned it back on but Kaspersky could not neutralize the malware.

What is the current issue then You are getting?

Also, when Kaspersky product installs in a Windows system, Windows FireWall and Windows Defender AV both are disabled automatically (Kaspersky takes control with its own FireWall and resident protection), unless You pause K. protection then they are enabled again.

 

So, I don't see any issue here with the Windows FireWall.
