Windows: "Unable to Sync. Please Check Internet Connection..."

Hello,

Windows 10, I have not been able to sync from the desktop app since August. I checked my Kaspersky Security Cloud and obviously the app is trusted, so it should not be blocked by the firewall or anything.

Version:

23.1.0.192 / 1696184774_7435 / 1.1.0.2_1

Any suggestions?

@mryan75 Welcome.

Please try this ?

  1. KPM → Settings ⚙️ → Import/Export → Backup copy "Back up your vault ..."
  2. Download and reinstall on-top KPM
  3. Reboot
