Windows Bitlocker [MOVED]

Hello All,

 

I have an Computer with Bitlocker encryption and after install KES 11.6.0.394 , every time when we power on Computer (only in this situation) return:

“Bitlocker needs your recovery key to unlock your drive because the trusted platform module is unavailable” And Prompt Recovery Key to proceed. 

 

If I turn the computer off and on again , the system runs normally.

When we uninstall KES and the problem didn't happen again , runs normally.

 

Has anyone caught this problem or know a solution?

We solved by disabling the encryption function. This can be done by policy or Setup.
