Hi,

 

First time post on the forum, but I am rolling our new Win 11 computers for all staff. I have noticed a significant performance drop of (slow speed) when compared to the current situation with all the Windows 10 computers when using VNC. The only way to get a useable speed is to disable the Kaspersky AV altogether.

 

Anyone else noticed it?

Hello Hattersman,

if you face some Performance Issues with VNC you should first try to add VNC to Trusted Applications / Exclusions and use the Checkboxes with do not Scan Network Traffic and additional the Option that the Software should interact with KES GUI. If you need you can additional add all other Exclusions for the VNC.exe
