Windows 10 error msg pop up states Turn on Kaspersky

I keep getting an Windows 10 error message stating "Turn on Kaspersky Endpoint Security for windows". 

This happens on numerous workstations and KES is running on all of them. 

All workstations are running Windows 10 Feature 1903.

Sometimes happen to me too (But i have about 2000 license installed). Simply ignore that message, or disable windows firewall notification.

 

Its just a pop up in my case, not a problem with antivirus.

I have a separate firewall here and windows firewall is off as well as Kaspersky’s. This msg is talking about KES and people keep calling me about it. And my supervisor says “fix it”.

Im a technician like you, nothing related with Kaspersky Help, i just answered because i have the same problem sometimes, even if KS is perfect up-to-date.

I understande, that message is talking about KES Endpoint and not Kes firewall.

As i said before, is a windows notification problem, so tell them to ignore that or disable notification.

OTHERWISE

You can try with

• an UPDATE task.
• Update KSC/KES to the latest version and recreate istallation package
