i only need the av for scanning files, i have safe browsing OFF and the browser extension disabled: why every page i access have to go through kaspersky first? its slowing down my browsing experience and sometimes is blocks websites that it shouldnt!

If you have deactivated 'Safe browsing' and the add-on, you will probably not use 'Safe Money' either.
Then there is no reason why you should not deactivate the script injection as well. You may have to reload the affected pages (browser cache), but in the end the 'problem' should be solved.
