Why is Kaspersky filtering educational sites?

I’m about to stop using this. it is causing too much stress in my household. My daughter is at school and can’t use sites like seterra.com and musicnotes.com because of Kaspersky’s filtering.

I’ve now even turned off web monitoring and she can’t get into these sites she needs for school. 

These filter lists need better moderation.

1. A screen print of the actual KSK block alert, we need to see what your daughter sees please?
2. The KSK Age template configured for your daughter?
3. Device name & OS: Windows, MAC, Android, iOS, refer: How to find the version of your operating system?
4. KSK version?
5. Is KSK Premium or Free? 

• We tested with Windows, v10.0.19044, KSK v1.0.5.9806(L)202106, with child age template born 2010, Web activity monitoring OFF, no Application Categories blocked, neither seterra.com or musicnotes.com were blocked by KSK:
