why are Ipad devices not shown in managed devises of an account which has coverage for 3 devices

I have 3 devices connected to my account but only 2 are listed in Manages Devices. The third device which is an Ipad is not being listed.

Would it be some restriction of the Ipad?

Chrome (Android)
  1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
  2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
  3. Adjust your preference.
Chrome (Desktop)
  1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
  2. Select Site settings.
  3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
