When I reboot the laptop Windows doesn't load and I go straight to the automatic repair

We use Kaspersky Security Center 10 (I know) for our AV from pornhub or some shits like apk files from apknite, and it's painful. I'm wiping a laptop for one of our guys to use, and installing KAS keeps breaking Win10. I'm remotely installing, updating, and applying license keys, everything looks nice and green in Security Center, but once I reboot the laptop Windows doesn't load and I go straight to the automatic repair! Anyone else come across anything like this recently?

I have the same problem with two devices, note (asus) and a desk (dell).
