Also:

• Check Private browsing & Anti-banner settings, open KAV, select Settings⚙ , select Protection, select Anti-banner & or Private browsing. 
• Note, if KAV is the free version these options are not available. 

If the issue persists post back with:

1. Operating system name & version?
2. KAV version? 
3. Images?
