Hello @Z_hRY

Welcome!

  1. Has cmd prompt ever worked?
  2. If Kaspersky Anti-virus (KAV) is paused & exited, does cmd prompt work → rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select Pause protection, then select Exit → image 1 ?
  3. Which KAV version & patch(x) is installed → rightclick the Kaspersky icon, select About
  4. If Windows is run in SafeMode, does the cmd prompt work?
  5. Are you signed into Windows with an administrative or standard account?
  6. Do all Windows updates have a Successfully applied status?
  7. In Windows search field, type cmd, the cmd prompt window with options opens, select Open file location → check the permissions & cmd prompt location?
  8. Select Run as Administrator, does the cmd prompt work?

Please let us know?

Thank you🙏

Hi @Z_hRY ,

Please let us know how you managed to resolve the issue? If the file can be run with paused protection only, it is a bit suspicious, may be it is blocked for a reason...

Posted

When I paused protection I can run cmd. I guest the antivirus block to access to avoid a malware. I think it safe. After I use cmd, I resume the protection again.

@Z_hRY , check the Kaspersky reports (more tools → reports), any events related to cmd?

@Z_hRY hello!

As a variant, try to reset product settings and retest the issue.
