When I enter the activation code and click on Activate, Error: Untrusted server certificate.

When I enter the activation code and click on Activate, the following message is displayed after attempting to activate and failing:

Untrusted server certificate.

What can I do? I tried all the solutions provided on the KAV website without success

Thank you dear kmscom. I disabled the proxy in Kaspersky settings, and then I entered the activation code, and activation was succesfull.
