1. Which mac? Read & follow: How to find which version of macOS (OS X) you are using?
2. *Before* installing the Kaspersky software were *all* of these documents read & followed: Prepare for installation ? 
3. What errors / WhatsApp's failures do you *see*, please provide *details*, we need to see what you see? 
4. Has Whatsapp been uninstalled & reinstalled since installing Kaspersky Premium?

2- yes and i find No problem

3-  WhatsApp opens and then freezes. You cannot choose a name from the list to start a conversation with him

4- yes, many times from app store and WhatsApp.com

1. IF Kaspersky Premium is *not* installed, does WhatsApp function *normally*? 
2. During the  Kaspersky Premium *installation* were *all* the permissions granted as per the documented procedure? 
3. Are there any OS upgrades available that can be applied? IF 'yes', please apply & recheck the WhatsApp issue, IF the answer is 'no' - please log a support request, on the Kaspersky Customer Service page: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c/global#contacts, select Email & fill in the template as shown; please provide a *detailed-history*  & *do not use the AI-bot to submit the request*
