Kaspersky premium was the top of the line, best antivirus, best security, best protect your computer, software that money could buy. Top notch, excellent. customer service fast, reliable service. Just the best you could get was premium and attached you right to an employee. within minutes, if not hours, definitely never days until the US government deemed them not appropriate. not appropriate for the United States for whatever reasons. Who knows? From national security, if that's the case, that's fine. But that does not entitle you to choose a new company for me. to use like this ultra without me choosing. I mean, it should be my right to choose. We have nine years worth of subscriptions. Nearly 20 devices that we cover and we're just going to switch to this new company. We know nothing about. I don't think so. I think I demanded full refund. Premium service for I've been a member with Kaspersky for 20 years, and now you're just going to tell me I just chopped liver and I don't get to choose. I want a refund. This is ridiculous.
