What is going on with this annoying firewall ?

This security program is starting to annoy me and not stopping blocking every freaking website I'm visiting at.
I'm using your firewall for over 15 years and this is the first time that it blocking websites I never had issues.
Even when I add there address to the trusted list its still blocking them, what is going on with this firewall ?
Its even blocking Twitch ffs !!!
is it time to replace this firewall or your guys will do something about it ?

1. Is the software *really*: Kaspersky® Anti-Ransomware Tool? 
2. Danila T. wrote this guide to help Community members provide information - it enables the rest of us to help you: Read before you create a new topic!
3. IF the software is not: Kaspersky® Anti-Ransomware Tool - look in Kaspersky Reports & find errors related to Twitch & OR other *blocked* websites - post back the detailed error information - so people in the Community can help, none of us have a crystal -ball.

As @Flood and Flood's wifestated, it seems You are not using KART, since this product does not have FireWall, so please provide the specific K. product version installed, and the thread will be moved to the proper forum section, thanks.

OP's probably using KTS or Kaspersky Plus/Premium.
