What does "Data access on Facebook was limited for Kaspersky Safe Kids"

I tested safe kids premium part of my security cloud family subscription. While I have the free trial and I tested my fb account for Social Network Monitoring while the settings are in private that it shows on the My Kaspersky website.

2. Was Facebook signed in as a child account or your account? 
3. What device & OS were you using to test KSK: Windows, Android, MAC, iOS? 
4. Was the device signed in as the child account or the parent/admin account? 
5. What Age template has been defined for the child?

It shows nothing on the reports. By the way the account I tested is my personal account only with setting everything in private from posts. I also test social network monitoring with no devices connected to my fb account. I put the age into 2000.

If there’s no devices connected, the ‘FB monitoring not available’ advisory, is to be expected.

Re: ‘ the account I tested is my personal account only with setting everything in private from posts’, is this for a a child FB account, a parent FB account, a child KSK account, a parent KSK account…. ? Please clarify?

Because I take advantage of the free trial that I have on KSC (Kaspersky Security Cloud)-Family features that also includes safe kids premium on my subscription.

We understand you’re using the  KSC (Kaspersky Security Cloud)-Family Premium Trial that includes the KSK Premium, however, we’re having a great deal of difficulty understanding anything else, bc, you have not told us:

The device & OS the software is installed on?

You told us this: “ I tested my fb account for Social Network Monitoring while the settings are in private that it shows on the My Kaspersky website”, we don’t understand what it means?

You told us this: “I tested is my personal account only with setting everything in private from posts.”  we don’t understand what it means?

Etc, etc, etc.

& more & more & more!

We don’t know if you’re testing a child’s account as a ‘parent’ or a parent using KSK for some other purpose & we do not possess a crystal ball. 

Furthermore, we cannot test the issue if we do not understand & we are not testing on 4 different devices!

The “ I tested my fb account for Social Network Monitoring while the settings are in private that it shows on the My Kaspersky website”, what I mean is that my Facebook account that is linked to Kaspersky Safe Kids and I tried to put “Who can see your friends list?” to “Friends” and “Only Me”. Also in the “Who can see your future posts?” I set it for friends only. I hope this was understandable.

One thing i forgot to ask is that KSK can see private post and the number of child's friends that the child does not allow public to see?
