Hi,

I'm trying to get the Webull Trading Platform (a reputable program) on my PC.  I scan the downloaded install file for viruses and Kaspersky clears it fine.  I install the program, and usually within 20-30 mins of the program running, it starts deleting the files & shutting down the software claiming some kind of trojan.  I was lucky I did not have any open position at the time otherwise it could have cost me a lot of money.

Kaspersky Plus Version 21.19.7.527(b)

Any way I can just "whitelist" this program on Kaspersky so it stops doing that?

Welcome to Kaspersky Community.

 

If You think that this app behavior is trusted once installed, and it can be a false positive, as it is a System Watcher detection, based on the behavior of that application, this should be fixed via the Kaspersky ocial support.

 

You have to create a ticket K. Support , and filling in the form, select:

 

Operating System: Windows

 

Product: Kaspersky Plus

 

Type of question: Malware, and then -> False Positive.

 

They will probably request You to enable app traces, and reproduce the issue, once finished, You will have to send those traces to fix the false positive.
