Webmail server blocked

Hi, we operate a webmail server at webmail.us.opalstack.com. One of our customers reports that KIS is flagging the server as a risk of data theft.

I believe this is the result of a recently-compromised mailbox belonging to one of our customers. That mailbox has been secured and the webmail server itself has no issues.

Can this server please be unflagged?
