"Web Control" component not active on endpoint – Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business Select

Hello Team,

We are experiencing an issue with one of our managed endpoints through Kaspersky Security Center.

Although we have configured the policy to enable the Web Control module, the component does not appear active or visible on the client device.

We have already validated the following:

  • The endpoint is correctly assigned to the appropriate group and policy.

  • The policy includes the Web Control configuration.

  • The endpoint is synchronized and receiving other policy settings correctly.

  • The installation package does not clearly indicate whether the Web Control component was included during initial deployment.

We kindly request your assistance to:

  1. Confirm whether the original installation package includes the Web Control component.

  2. Guide us on how to deploy or enable this component without fully reinstalling the agent.

  3. Validate if any specific requirements are needed for this component to operate properly on the current setup.
