We have 2 computers with Kaspersky Plus, Mine keeps having this when I am going to my websites: ff.Kis.V2.ser.kaspersky-labs.com

Hi,

I need help with this issue please.

We have 2 computers both running Kaspersky Plus 21.17.7.539, but on my computer it get this:  ff.Kis.V2.ser.kaspersky-labs.com when I am trying to access my websites and this is slowing my computer down.

I have had to take the program off and then re-install it, this also happened on a few of the earlier versions of Kaspersky. 

My browser is Mozill Firefox, and I am currently running Windows 10 Pro on both computers.

Can anyone please explain why this is only happening on my computer and not my husbands?

I did call Support when this first occurred.
