Type of Service: Kapersky Antivirus

Issue: I've been trying to find out how to cancel my subscription for the antivirus service, however I can't seem to find out how to do it. The knowledge base says I need to use something on a confirmation email at the time of purchase, however that was a long time ago and I no longer have this email. Below is a screenshot of what my subscription page looks like. Any help to cancel this service would be greatly appreciated.

Follow: What to do if you couldn't cancel auto-renewal of your license: contact Kaspersky Support, select either Chat or Email, fill in Order & Payment Issues, How to stop / cancel automatic renewal. Support will assist you.
