VPN / RRAS ports are being blocked on Windows 2012 server

After KES 11.3.0.773 update I can’t VPN to the server using either PPTP or L2TP protocols (native Microsoft VPN client to server connectivity). I’ve heard patch is available to address this problem with earlier products but I have no idea where to look for official info on this. Trying to register business account with Kaspersky but not receiving confirmation emails for some reason so can’t activate.

Interesting detail to note is that I have multiple clients with Microsoft servers running the same version of KES - VPN works for some clients, but not for this particular one. Could be another (non Kaspersky) issue of course, but I’ve wasted 48 hours trying to figure out what I’ve missed on my end and I come back to needing some KES wisdom.

What does the Kaspersky events on this server shows when you are trying to connect or what does KSC events shows for this client.

Are you using the firewall component of Kaspersky if yes try stoping the component and check if you are getting through.
