VPN not working on mobile internet.

Hello! I've been facing an issue for like 2 months or so. My mobile VPN was working just fine for 2 years but suddenly it stopped working. It's fine if I'm connecting to my wi-fi but it's stuck in infinite loop of "connecting" state if I'm using my mobile internet. Why could that be? 

 

My app is up to date by the way.
