VPN Location selected: Spain - giving me Italian IP

Hi,

I have replied on Kaspersky VPN to connect to a Spanish IP, and it had been working until recently. Now, even though I select Spain under location, I get connected to an Italian proxy (IP Location). Therefore, I have been unable to connect to necessarily geo-restricted Spanish locations.

Please fix ASAP? Is there a workaround?

Hello @FXbr, hello @Berny,

unfortunately I have to confirm the connection error. If you select the Spanish server, you are connected to an Italian server (according to the GUI). Only the support can really help here.

Known problem with PT and ES servers. These countries have electricity problems. Therefore, the product switches to a different VPN location.

Strange, because the electricity there has been established since yesterday evening BUT the connection is still being switched to Italy as of now...

Yesterday there was an electricity national blackout for many hours, but today most of the services are recovered, so should be fixed today.
