VPN can not be activated for macOS 12 Monterey

WHAT happens

 

In Home WLAN I have following devices:

various iPhones & iPad: Kaspersky VPN works fine

Mac mini with Monterey: VPN does NOT work, can NOT be activated. Activation slider tries to establish the VPN connection but after approximately. 1 minute slides back to OFF- position.

MacBook Air with Monterey: VPN does NOT work, can NOT be activated. Activation slider tries to establish the VPN connection but after approximately. 1 minute slides back to OFF- position.

WHAT I tried

 

• reinstall the Kaspersky VPN to have the latest version 2.12.2.26
• restart the Mac mini 
• choose different VPN server

Nothing helps: VPN can NOT be activated on MacBook Air, neither on Mac mini, but works fine on all the mobile devices with iOS
