VPN

The VPN on my Kaspersky premium account has stopped working, anyone else have this problem,  did you resolve it, if so can you advise me please.

Not sure I've seen that in the past but:
please make sure you're using the latest APK available for direct download here:
https://support.kaspersky.com/common/beforeinstall/16085#block1
Then:
- logout from your account (profile>>delete account).
- reboot your device
- login again and check if your newly applied license allows the usage of the VPN feature.

Finally, please avoid posting none edited phone screen shots online -- we now know your gmail.com account & kaspersky used account username...

1. *also* - please take note of the advisory Kaspersky support have published on their support page:  -> please use the Android link on the support page to install the *latest-version*
2. When (you) log into (your) MyKaspersky account - which VPN subscription shows? 
3. IF a clean install, including a full power OFF & ON of the Android & signing into (your) MyKaspersky account does not resolve the issue ->  please log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts -> select Email, fill in the template as shown, please provide a *detailed-history* & please do not select the AI-Bot to submit the request:              

Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?
