vonetframeHelp.dll detected as Heur:Trojan.Win64.Burden.gen and deleted every start.

Very time i start my pc. kaspersky detects this file vonetframeHelp.dll as trojan and deletes it. 

The report says like this..

Why its recurring every time when i start my pc? Why not delete it permanently.?

There are the files you need search:

C:\windows\system32\drivers\vonetframe.sys

C:\Windows\System32\vonetframeHelp.dll

Please copy them to your desktop and zip them before you upload them to any online file share site and PM me to download.
