virus database is not updating

my virus database updation is failing all the time. i have windows 7 32 bit.  service pack1 build 7601

last database successful update date : 25.04.2020

application version : 20.0.14.1085 (j)

Can some body help

Welcome. 

1.windows 7 is out of support

2.please export update log to a text file and upload here in your next reply. A guide how to is Here it is for 2017 version but settings are same.

• Additional - ATM, Kaspersky still supports Windows 7
• Please, also refer to General recommendations for solving database update issues.
