Virtual Keyboard and Password Manager

I have always used the virtual keyboard to enter the master password on Password Manager but now it won’t enter anything. Do I need to use the VK or can I use my actual PC keyboard?  The VK works everywhere else.

I’ve been trying for days to get into P manager to access sensitive accounts but have no success.  I’m worried about using the PC keyboard because of keyloggers.

Don't worry about keyloggers when you have installed kaspersky updated and once per month run full scan for sure... 

So you don't need use VK for insert password into password manager... 

But which version of kaspersky password manager you use and antivirus?
