Hello, I'm new to forum use, so if I error, please be patient. I'm running Win 10 version 22h2 build 19045.4170 and Kaspersky version 21.16.6.467(C). I've used Kaspersky many years and watched MMAshare many years. I renewed my subscription to Kaspersky about 1 month ago and now I cannot watch MMAshare, Link to site:

I get the error in attachment #1. If I choose to continue with the posed risk and confirm, I just get black screen...no video plays. I noticed this morning, when I clicked a link in an email from Kaspersky support, upper right corner of the email, from a previous support issue about a payment problem(resolved), that I get a similar issue, see attachment #2. I have Kaspersky on my android device and I can watch MMAshare without issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,

Welcome.

I tried link without problems. Which browser you are using?

Edge. I'm not sure of the version, I couldn't find it. I use auto update, so it should be current. Did you see #2 attachment? That is a link to Kaspersky's site from an email Kaspersky sent, and I got a certificate error. Odd, I would think...and that is the error i'm getting on MMAshare, "Invaid certificate name". I'm not sure it is Kaspersy, it just started when I renewed my subscription a few weeks ago. I have paused protection, and it didn't help. Also used the "do you want to continue" and confirmed it in the pop-up window, to no avail.

Using FF no issues here about detections or untrusted site, but I get this warning on that video link:

Thanks for the reply. I'm not sure what "FF" is, a Browser I assume. It is normal for the video's to be removed after a day or so. So, does anyone have a clue as to why I would be getting the certificate issue? I've attached a screenshot of the email from Kaspersky. In the upper right corner is the link "Visit Site", I clicked to go to the Kaspersky site, and I get the same certificate error.

You are using W10 22H2, but I think the last version is 23H2... do You have Your W10 completely updated via Windows Update? Check Optional updates also...

@harlan4096 no there is no 23H2 for Windows 10. 22H2 is current and last.
