So, Kaspersky's idle scan detected a malicious file from AutoDesk left me wondering if this is valid since the application in question is a paid version.

1. Kaspersky: how to report false positive?
2. Go to KSC Reports, find & save the report with the VHO:Trojan.Win32.Convagent.gen events.
3. Log a case with support, select either Chat or Email, select Malware, False Positive template, zip the detected file & password protect the zip archive with either malware or infected as the password → make sure you advise support of the password, ask support to send to the Virus Lab for them to determine if it’s a False positive; include the KSC Report.
