User accounts no longer associated with profiles in Win7

I have been using Safe Kids for a couple of years now with very few problems but recently two of the profiles have stopped recognised their associated Windows 7 user accounts.

 

I have Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit and keep it as up to date as possible but as it’s an older PC I have deliberately chosen not to upgrade to Windows 10.

I know that I could simply recreate new profiles but that would mean recreating all the various custom settings, schedules and exceptions and I would like to avoid that if possible!

Plus I don’t want to do that work only for this problem to reoccur.

1. Is the W7 device synced with the MyKaspersky account?
2. What is the KSK version & patch → hover the mouse over the KSK icon in the Windows Taskbar.

• ⚠ Please do not delete any profiles atm. 

1. In total - how many child profiles are there, and is there more than one W7 computer? 

• On the W7 device uninstall KSK, ensuring the computer is fully shutdown using Shutdown, not Restart, power on, login, download a new KSK installation file and install
• Recheck if either of the 2 profiles, originally not recognised,  are now recognised? If “no”, add a new dummy profile, is it also not recognised? If “yes” may we have images please?
