USED WRONG EMAIL FOR MY KASPERSKY PREMIUM RENEWAL

Hi to all forum friends.I wish you a happy new year!! I want to tell you about a problem that occured while i was trying to renew my kaspersky premium . I made a mistake when i was renewing by writing an old email that i used almost 10 years ago when i had kaspersky internet security .As a result the renewal went to that old email and not in the premium kaspersky i use in my laptop with a different email.What can i do ?? In your case unfortunately only the support can help, for us there is no possibility.

Support can certainly move the license to the desired mail address.
