USB Blocked but cannot charge iPhone

Hi

ou users complain that now USB port are disabled, they cannot charge iphone by USB.

indeed iPhone are recognized as storage device so they have the error message but how can i allowed our user to charge their phones/. since they are travelling a lot its an important point (even it is does not seems a big issue :))

Hello Comgam,

 

The USB port will be shut down for things such as charging if the “connection bus” is also blocked. What you can do is block types of media such as “removeable drives” yet leave the USB connection bus enabled. This will stop the transfer of data via removeable drives but still allow the port to be functional.
