URGENT. Kaspersky network agent does not shown on Kaspersky Security Center

Dear all,

 

I installed the Kaspersky Security Center in Windows 2025 server and tried to deploy the Kaspersky Security center network agent on my pc, it installed 100%ok. However, the console indicated no Network agent installed ?... I checked my pc the network agent is running on background. By the way, the console cannot retrieve my pc information ... what's else I missed.

run klmover command 

klmover -address [Server IP]
