Upgrade to Next EDR Optimum

We have Kaspersky Endpoint Security - Advanced, We are sent P.O. to upgrade to Kaspersky Next EDR Optimum.

What are the procedures we must follow?

Also, what is the best practice configurations we must do (on-prem)?

You have to run a task named "Change Component" and enable some protection components EDR Optimum , Adaptive anomaly control , Bad Usb , then all workstation will get EDR capability in their Kaspersky Endpoint Security

Hello,

please refer to the following links which contain all information you need to install and handle EDR Optimum with Kaspersky Endpoint Security. The NEXT Model is just another license modell. On_prem this license is used similar to the previous one. But to use the EDR Features you have to install additional component for EDR in KES and you have to enable it by the policy in the Web Console of your On_Prem KSC
